Since 1976, L.A. Spas has been a designer and manufacturer of custom-made premium hot tubs, swim spas, gazebos and related accessories. The company, located in Anaheim, California, sells its products to leading specialty retailers and distributors in over 35 countries, as well direct to consumers via its three factory-owned stores (Anaheim, Las Vegas and Tucson).
 
Current Employment Opportunities
   Regional Operations Manager (2 positions open)
  Region 1, Northwestern U.S. and Western Canada
Region 4. Eastern U.S. and Eastern Canada

   Major Duties and Responsibilities
       Ensure attainment of revenue and market penetration objectives through the sale of hot tubs, swim spas, gazebos,         covers, and ancillary products. The primary requirement of the candidate will be qualifying and signing new dealers.        Serve as a consultant to L.A. Spas’ existing dealer body to ensure their success at the retail level. This includes         advertising and marketing consultation, product/sales training, and helping them execute offsite sales events.
       At the direction and authorization of management, conduct company-operated offsite events with the company’s          National Events Manager to increase the sale of L.A. Spas’ products directly to consumers (only when an existing
         dealer is not interested in participating).
       Accurately forecast and deliver monthly sales. Additionally, submit weekly flash reports, travel and expense reports,         and other documentation required for this position.
       Work with dealers to solve problems, thereby enhancing their overall brand in the marketplace.
       Monitor and react to dealer feedback about the company’s products and customer service in order to provide an         environment of continuous improvement.
       Other duties as assigned.

   Qualifications
       Must be an aggressive self-starter with a positive attitude.
       Must have 7+ years of field sales experience in the pool and spa industry.
       Need to live and have sold spas in the related region.
       4-year degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience a plus.
       Ability to travel 90%+ of the time to cover the designated territory required.
       Need to be well versed in basic computer applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
       Strong communication and people skills a must.
